STG Kids Fun Run

The STG Kids Fun Run Award celebrates “kids helping kids” with this community event. Created by Staples High School Junior Alexis Krenzer in 2024 to support the mission of STG, this event showcases the spirit of our community and also has a significant impact on attendees. Alexis, joined by Will Briggs in 2025, enlisted the help of fellow Staples High School students, local sponsors, Staples High School SLOBS volunteers, Staples Cheer and others to encourage and cheer on the preschool through 5th grade participants. Due to its success and the support it garnered from the Westport community, the STG Fun Run continues.
